Deep Tissue Massage is not too different to that of Swedish. The style is similar but the pressure is firmer in order to target knots and aches in the body. This will leave you feeling less strained and more relaxed by the end of the massage. Deep Tissue Massage concentrates on the deep layers of muscle and fascia in the body, improving blood pressure. Deep tissue massage helps ease stress and tension, which can have a beneficial effect on blood pressure. I can also combine my Swedish and Deep tissue Massage together to make a relaxing but firm massage.
